Following the signing of an agreement with Cooperation Investment House SPC to manage its prestigious hotel property, Wyndham Hotel Group recently announced plans for the first Wyndham Grand property in Bahrain.
The Wyndham Grand Manama is currently under construction in Manama and is scheduled to open by the end of next year with more than 260 spacious guest rooms ranging in size from 46 to 120 square meters (approximately 495 to 1,290 square feet). It will span 14 floors of a 50-story mixed-use building and include 500 square meters (nearly 5,400 square feet) of meeting space and a 900-square-meter ballroom (equivalent to nearly 9,700 square feet) on the top floor with breathtaking sea views.
The development will include five food and beverage outlets catering to a range of tastes, as well as indoor and outdoor infinity swimming pools and separate fitness clubs for men and women.
The hotel will join the Wyndham Grand Collection, a group of exclusive hotels under the luxury Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand, when it opens. Wyndham Hotel Group, with over 7,170 hotels worldwide, is a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN).

The Wyndham Grand Manama will be located near Bahrain Financial Harbour and will face the World Trade Centre, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

In Europe and the Middle East, this will be just the third Wyndham Grand. The Wyndham Grand Regency Doha in Qatar and Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour in the United Kingdom are the other two properties.
